Taste & Traditions

Four halls, each with its own personality and characteristics, allow the choice of the most suitable setting for individual needs. From the large spaces of the main hall, which is ideal for ceremonies and banquets, to the more intimate and evocative ‘sala brigante’.

The cuisine's dishes are a triumph of flavours and authenticity. Re-elaborations of ancient local recipes and the use of excellent local products are proposed not as simple tastings but as true excursions into the taste and gastronomic culture of Molise.

Our dishes

Zero kilometre' dairy products, trecce, caciocavalli, scamorze, ricotte. The region's typical sausages such as soppressata, dry sausage, ventricina. Forest products such as truffles, mushrooms and small fruits. A combination of flavours elaborated and prepared by the skilful hands of the village chefs to create delicious dishes that evoke the flavours of yesteryear.
